Mike uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for all his projects. With BIM software, Mike creates a 3D virtual model of your building. All necessary documentation and representations are derived automatically. By creating a virtual model of your building, quick 3D colored photo realistic renderings; 2D plans, elevations, sections; or Construction Documents can be provided in electronic or hard copy. Gone are the days of manually drawing 2D lines to represent a building. Because your building is created as a virtual building, changes can be made quickly and will automatically update all output. Yes, the plans, elevations, section, and 3D views automatically update themselves. BIM software also generates materials lists, door and window schedules, etc. to give you quantitative information you and your contractor can use as the design develops. |
